Field Engineer

Requirements

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineer.
• Previous experience in mining/ energy industry and have lube experience.
• Strong analytical skills, good communication and writing skills.
• Good lube technical knowledge,
• Able to work individual as well as a team
• Strong leadership, adaptability, self-drive.

Territory Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university. Preferably majoring in Chemical Engineering.
• Holds around 0 – 2 years of experience in plastic, master batch industry
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must to provide efficient and effective coordination and communication role.
• Good command of Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be a plus. Campus hire is acceptable.
• Competencies
• Strong communication skills (oral and written - English speaking required).
• Strong interpersonal skills (will be working with personnel from other work groups, companies and regions).
• Good market knowledge about Indonesia to jump start business growth immediately.
• Strong planning and coordination skills to ensure clear strategic focus, priorities and alignment to Business objectives.
• Strong technical knowledge and polymer application technology to accelerate new business growth.
• Strong commercial knowledge to support EMCAP transactions.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good event organizer in managing customer’s relationship to support the building of a strong customer base.
• Fast learner with strong ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
• Good ability to interact with Upstream and other downstream functions.
• Able/willing to travel to extensively in Indonesia and to SEA for business related activities.
